LANDJET Motor Carriers is owned and operated by the Sacalas family. The Sacalas' have been involved in the trucking industry for over 3 generations. Barry Sacalas, like his father before him, was a line haul truck driver before founding LANDJET in 1987 with his wife, Gail.

Barry was so successful in his first few years of running his own trucking company that he was able to purchase his former employer’s trucking company; Terminal Motors Express. Barry merged the already existing company with his newly successful trucking company to rapidly expand LANDJET Motor Carriers in just a few short years.

For the past 23 years, Barry has developed a proven track record in the trucking industry. He now runs the business with his two sons, Kevin and Robert. Barry and his sons have a fleet of reliable long haul truckers traveling the country 24 hours a day 7 days a week to meet their customer’s needs.
